Ongoing Bug on Blizzard Leaderboard
Added 2018-09-16 02:46:32 +0000 UTCHey everyone! If you're in our Discord server you probably already know about this issue, but I wanted to go ahead and send out a heads up here. Some players have been noticing that their M+ runs weren't always being logged. This is due to an error on the official leaderboard where characters are being displayed as "Unknown."
Blizzard is aware of the bug, but we don't have an ETA on when it might be squashed. Aspyr has made a few small adjustments to try and help minimize the damage here, but it's not a guaranteed fix. Also, it's possible for a character to show up as "Unknown" on one server but show up under their actual name on another. For this reason it can help to have a diverse group from at least two different realms.
In the meantime we're sitting tight and hoping Blizzard finds a solution soon!
