you need to recall. You need to practice. It's easy to say than do.
The key to "Recall" is to check you can do the same as the thing you learnt without looking any example.
This is my experiment. (0 mins/ 30 mins/ 8 hours)
1. I sat in an quiet room. No one nearby. I look at the reference very carefully and very closely. Spoke aloud about reasons and relations I saw on the picture (like a crazy) while drew the picture very slowly with no rubber was used. Then I closed my eyes tried to imagine the picture floating on a black screen along with my echo, my voice, my narration. I tried to link visuals along with audios. It took me around 30 mins for only 1 pose.
2. I put the ref away and left the room. I tried not to think about it and did something else instead for 30 mins. Then I went back to the room, Brought a new paper and started drawing exactly the same as I remembered. Mostly spoke aloud along the process. After I finished, I compared the second one with the first one and the ref. It was a shame that it wasn't look the same at all. But I remembered the mistakes as much as I could.
3. I went to sleep and next day (around 8 hours). I redraw the same picture again and compared the result.
It took me 3 days. 1 pose per 1 day. I can remember more than half of body landmarks now. It's not dramatically change but at least I can remember more than before.
I did exactly what Neuroscience said, but I'll not talk about it this time. I'll keep doing experiment with myself and will report to you again when I get more result.
Escape out.
