Physical Rewards Updates!

Hello! Been a minute since posting a proper update.

Specifically, I want to update everyone on physical rewards. I've had many questions regarding this, so instead of messaging everyone individually, I'll post it publicly here. If you've been in my physical rewards tiers for awhile, you'll notice that you haven't been receiving them. In fact, I haven't been able to ship since August 2019. I used to have someone helping me out with every aspect of that. From the printing to the labels to the packaging. Since August, I haven't had regular access to those resources and for 2-3 months, not at all until recently. Currently I am finally getting all the packages together. I have someone right now helping me get caught up. My goal is to fully catch up on all physical rewards and print packages by the end of January, but there is one problem. When I changed my rewards tiers, it also removed all patrons that were in the removed tiers and I can't seem to access them. I also seem to missing people not in those deleted reward tiers.

If You've been a physical rewards tier patron of mine anytime from August 2019- December 2019, please email me at misotokkicos@gmail.com with your receipts or screenshots that you were that month, so i can confirm your rewards and make sure you receive them!
