I'm here to finish the commission, starring Neon, the Commissioner's OC, 18-year-old Pan, and Kefla.
The story here is that Bulma wanted to continue testing her machine, so she took it to Conton City, convincing these three girls to try it out.

I love it when a tickle tool really digs in the tender flesh of a leeβs most ticklish spot. Nice classic stocks setting with tech added to it and a nice variety of girl designs (alien, tomboy and beefy). Canβt go wrong with that!
