Rowdyruff Boys Sketch

Since I know you guys really like seeing male characters dressed as women, I bring you this sketch of the Rowdyruff Boys from Powerpuff Girls Z.
There's an episode of that anime where these boys steal the girls' uniforms, which they had drying, and put on their clothes to pretend to be them and do mischief.
My idea here is that the wristbands and anklets of the suits turned into handcuffs, leaving them trapped and vulnerable, receiving a tickling punishment from the trio of girls.
