Punishing Naughty Boys

I'm here to leave you the finished drawing of The Rowdyruff Boys from The Powerpuff Girls Z.
As I already explained, there is a chapter of this anime, in which the girls' uniform gets dirty and they put it in the wash, then leave it nearby on a clothesline, the boys see the uniforms and steal them to pretend to be the Powerpuff Girls and do mischief.
My idea is that Ken implemented something to the uniforms in case someone stole them, and that is that the wristbands and anklets stick together, resembling handcuffs, so that the thieves are immobilized.
The girls, when they stop the thieves, decide to give them a little punishment, taking advantage of the fact that they cannot defend themselves, before taking them to prison.

Extremely cute. 3 pairs of punished bad boys feet perfectly aligned for an all-you-can-tickle buffet. Even more eye-pleasing when you change their baggy street clothes to cute colorful girl dresses. Also, it’s cool you thought of including details some artists tend to forget like Brick’s band-aid on his cheek or Boomer’s freckles. You already know how I appreciate this picture based on my previous comments on the sketch and line-art versions, so congratulations for finishing this great idea for a F/M tickle picture and for the generous triple serving of guys in dresses.
