Brainwashed Heroes progress

The first one is Brainwashed heroes.
I'm having a lot of trouble with this one oddly enough. A lot of the script for the new version is already done, and Kento the main artist is pretty efficient at making CG pretty fast but I'm really unhappy how the game end up looking like now especially gameplay wise.
I've been focusing on adding each event one by one but I think the solution would be to actually make an appealing gameplay first and then the events will fit inside it better for me.
At the moment the first day playing as Devian (alexander son) and witnessing his father and best friend brainwashing is what is getting implemented.
The current script has more than 50 pages, so we're pretty much done for the first episode writing.
