So I'm still inexperienced in the dance space but from what I have seen for the people around me and people I have met, a lot of dancers are already working hard to be treated/acknowledged properly for their craft, which makes it really HURT for me to see this. I am seeing dancers I am a big fan of and am inspired by have to work way harder than they need to just to be on a show that doesn't seem to respect them. This also leads into a potential future issue that if Mnet can get away with stuff like this, what would stop other companies from trying to do the same thing? So I completely understand being upset and am very willing to be upset along with you.

2025-06-26 05:05:42 +0000 UTCdid u notice during the leader battle how once teeshas song started playing the members kind of turned around (i’m guessing toward the dj) and how confused they look. then at the end of the battle they look in the same direction again and tiare goes like this 🤷♀️ and another member (i think maiya) yells something i think talking about the song choice. they were def set up by mnet and u can see rf slowly realizing it after each battle and by the end they are just pissed and over it which is really understandable. but they did really good considered only one or two songs were actually in their style. idk if i’m overthinking this but 😛

2025-06-25 01:15:45 +0000 UTCCompletely agree that this season just feels like a big “what if”. So many amazing dancers just for it to be focused on drama and narratives made by Mnet. With the 1v1s, based on scorecards Honey J actually beat Rie Hata; if you look at Motiv’s board in their uncut they already have multiple wins, but when Honey J battled Marlee, Marlee gave Motiv their first win. And later on you can see that RHTokyo ends up with a loss from Bumsup. I think their was a different battle between RHTokyo and Bumsup before Honey J called out Marlee.
