We set it to halfway (4) - to be honest the amount of AA only really matters if you have your resin exposure settings dialled in perfectly - loss of detail is far more likely to be caused by over exposure or improper cleaning. Consider using higher AA (more smoothing) for fleshy/clothy models, and lower AA for models with a lot of crisp hard surface edges/detail.
