oh vikings love war, most anwyays. vikings are brainswashed from birth that they SHOULD die on the battlefield because of their religion that if you die fighting you go to a haven where you can fight and drink all you want. so even if some people dont like war they still want to fight for the pure sake that they can go to haven. for thors not to want to fight he isnt just giving up on war but he must be giving up on his religion or accepted he wont have a good afterlife.
