There is literally nothing spoilery about explaining that episode 5 is not filler.

2019-09-25 13:13:52 +0000 UTCAlso, there is no filler in the first season (first 26 episodes). However, the first 6 episodes of the second season could be considered filler, as they were not in the VN.

2019-09-22 23:41:32 +0000 UTCFor now, you can choose to think of the arcs as separate chapters. They will all tie in together eventually. The VN is structured with 8 "chapters" and so the anime breaks these chapters down into 4 episode arcs.
