King Gidorah is an enemy of Godzilla. Ge said that dragon was a one heades king gidorah because gidorah has 3 heads. The other dude called him out saying "dude. that's such an old reference" since most movies were Gidorah shows up are very old.

it does thank you!! I'll keep this in mind as I continue the season. I really like the visuals and the characters so far are very memorable so i'm looking forward to seeing them interact more and build relationships with each other. I just hope they won't all be jealous of each other for the MCs attention :P buuut even that i can learn to deal with if the story is good

Well technically the JSDF defended themself against those Knights. Try to picture it with the USA if they could use the Gate. They would bombard those poor People and invade this World with all they have for all the Ressources they surely have in this World ( try to find Oil, Gas, all Kinds of Metall and such) like they showed in EP2 ^^ Btw, i dont know if you read this already, but this Series was created from Takumi Yanai, a former member of the JSDF. Btw, Ghidorah is apparently the Name of a Monster they used first in a Japan Movie. King Ghidorah (キングギドラ Kingu Gidora) is a fictional monster, or kaiju, which first appeared in Ishirō Honda's 1964 film Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster.

Remember that the original "purpose" of entering the gate was to investigate and apprehend the one who ordered/mastermind behind the attack on their world and why they attacked in the first place.. (ep.1) Another note that, like you were alluding, the characters are the focus and their interactions with each other. With a sprinkling of politics and heavier issues as we get further into the series and into the second season. Beyond that, they are just trying to make initial contact with the populace and get more information about the world to figure out just who is the enemy and who is not. Like is the case in most conflicts, there is not a clear-cut good/evil, only the interests and motivations of each side. There are not a ton of monologues that are going to explain everything. Most of what you are going to get is from the characters' interactions with each other and the actions/politics of the nations (in both worlds) behind the scenes. It is not a series where you really need to take notes, but the series does try to make sure you don't get too lost in the sauce, even if it doesn't give an immediate, compelling, or obvious reason for everything (but it does get fairly complicated later on).
