Oh yeah, and your "what the fuck is going on ?!" during the Jean/Xavier "fight" is a pretty good summary for most of this movie, lol.

I got into the X-Men with the first movie aswell, so the Dark Phoenix stuff doesn't bother me, but it is indeed laughable how different that plotline is from the original. Beast and Kitty were pretty good new characters, but the rest... (sigh) and then ofcourse there's what happens to Mystique... I have no idea how anybody thought that that wasn't terrible. Anyway, there's still some pretty good X-Men movies up ahead that are on the same level as the first two movies, and the rest are also... entertaining in some ways... looking forward to see what you'll think of them, heh heh.

I'm glad you still want to continue with the franchise tho, I don't want to say much of what I think of the following movies because I have very strong opinions on them lol but I'm interested to see your reaction
