And after the rumbling is finished since there aren’t any enemy anymore the titans power will not exist since. King Fritz order the founder that the titan existence was to manage the superiority of the eldian empire. Connie just has to wait until the rumbling is over, after that her mother would be turned to human without any sacrifice
