Maybe you can stop watching the anime after you caught up and read the manga up till this point. Then you can decide if you want to pick the anime up again or read past the anime. Because there are only a few more years left of one piece. And it would be cool to see your theories since you can focus on more details reading the manga. :D

2022-07-31 09:06:44 +0000 UTCStill though, if a clearly trusted ally like Luffy tells you it is cool, you should just have trust in your ally. Luffy said she would help them. Not to listen to Luffy was a huge risk. Either you trust in your allies or you don't, this half half stuff is not helpful. Unless she thought that it maybe wasn't even Luffy.

2022-07-28 23:27:16 +0000 UTCBased on what you said it definitely seemed like Thiago had a personal issue with Shinobu which by the way I do think she was wrong in not trusting Law and his crew but her distrust was definitely understandable. Just like it’s understandable not to trust someone who in the middle of war as calling themselves Oden even tho they look nothing like Oden or even don’t seem to be the same gender as him.
