WIP 2: March: Fatass Merman

I gave him a few more folds all around to make his body look softer, also fixed up a few parts here and there (which made him end up slightly bigger in certain areas compared to the cleaned sketch, though I'm sure no one will complain about having more blubber to play around with, haha).
