NSFW Commissions?
Added 2015-06-02 17:38:30 +0000 UTCI'm going to be appearing at Special Edition: NYC (Pier 94 in New York) this weekend (Table D-17), and the idea just hit me... should I offer NSFW commissions? And for how much? My standard convention sketch is $20. But this would probably be more complicated — so $40 or $50? Similar to how I handle convention sketches, we could negotiate for something more complicated.
And would this be something you'd be interested in even if you're not going to the convention — like a commission.
Hit me with your thoughts! :)

Drop me a line! I made a post yesterday outlining commission prices. :)

2015-06-03 23:32:19 +0000 UTCYeah, that's true... Though, I have commissioned that kind of thing before, I think the trick they use is do them when they're off the floor... Well, some of them do that. Guess it kind of relies on the con. Actually, some of the stuff I commission at cons is usually a little more involved than con sketches and they tend to mail those to me a week or two after the con, NSFW or not, so you're probably right on that idea.

2015-06-02 20:26:33 +0000 UTCTrue! And, to be fair, that $25 price only applies to convention sketches. On the Evil Inc site, my commissions start at $100. That might be a little better target for non-convention commissions.

2015-06-02 20:25:40 +0000 UTCSounds about like some artists I work with. My hobby is collecting commissioned art, so I've dealt that kind of thing a lot. I think you'd be well within... what's the word... You could easily justify a price increase on a NSFW work.
