2018-07-03 23:32:35 +0000 UTCJust as an FYI to anyone out there thinking of using chainmail for cosplay...unless you get welded & polished chain mail, do not wear it directly against your skin without some cloth in between, at least for sensitive areas like nipples and groin. Butted or riveted chainmail is murder on bear skin. Also, some metals used in chainmail may not be good for long direct skin contact anyway, due to possible toxicity. I have worn butted steel chainmail many times in the past, and know what I'm talking about. All that being said...damn glad Catnip is a comic character and doesn't have to worry about such things so we get uch a nice display :)
