MAD magazine's maddest artist, Martin used to start many of his cartoons with the phrase "One fine day..."
For those of you who aren't familiar with Marvel comics, the man in the lab coat is Dr. Curt Connors, better known as Spider-Man supervillain "The Lizard."
Luckily, he can grow back appendages that have been cut off.
That other guy is Bullseye...
Filling out the cast is the Wrecker and Enchantress, respectively. Titania (not pictured) first appeared in Marvel Secret Wars.
