Erickson’s subtle and powerful approach to hypnotherapy has been a huge inspiration for me. His unique techniques allow the mind to access relief in a very personal, natural way, often without us needing to even consciously "try." I've aimed to capture that subtlety here, making it accessible for anyone in need of quick, effective relief.
