Thanks for replying. That answers other qs. Such as what if she's offended/disgusted by their fantasy. could she do something. & since it's like watchin porn what she gets out of it is up to her. Only leaves 23more: Limit to how many can entice? (probably a plot point) & do the fantasies always have to have her in them? & is an asexual hero the perfect foil for her? ;)

She has complete control over the scene enacted, however her physical form remains behind — along with her victim's physical body. That way, she can do her evil deeds and escape. She knows how the scene is playing out in her target's imagination, but — as you guessed — it's more like watching a movie. Also, as we've seen, she has keep multiple targets enthralled at the same time — for example, she currently has the security guard and Quiz Kid under her powers.
