The last we saw these two , they were engaging in a little one-upsmanship in the Evil Inc lobby. In today's Evil Inc After Dark, we're up to two women. Longtime Evil Inc readers will recognize the newcomer as the Alternate-Universe Lightning Lady.

I'm opening a trans-dimensional portal when I get overexcited!" is a reference to panels four-six of the preceeding page: <a href="https://www.patreon.com/posts/evil-inc-after-1-7443537">https://www.patreon.com/posts/evil-inc-after-1-7443537</a> in which he explains that he was among a group of henchmen who experienced after-effects of a villainous plot that involved multiple dimensional leaps. Panel Six: "They'd generate spontaneous portals -- like when they were stressed or excited."
