The Great Dane line reminded me of an old Steve Moore ("In The Bleachers") cartoon that was clearly never meant for the newspapers (though, IIRC, a toned down version may have eventually been published): The single-panel scene is some stadium bleachers, and a vendor who clearly knows what his customers want: Vendor: "Peanuts! . . . Hot Dogs! . . . Dogshit!" Guy with fly head: "Yo!"
