That's a good question. I'm not sure Dr. Haynus will return in the new Evil Inc. The big problem with him -- and Dr. Vincent and Dr. Muskiday -- was that the three of them were basically interchangeable. I decided to distill that into one "mad scientist" character, and Muskiday was my favorite of the three. However, the Fairmount branch of Evil Inc is the only branch we've seen thus far. There are other branches... and those branches each need scientists. So it's possible we see a Dr.-Haynus-like character in the future.
