Also, bull's chief purpose is for eating and breeding, so the powers make sense. And the 'She's Full of Bull' title definitely lends itself to a pregnancy allusion. And most importantly, Conrad does not seem to remotely enjoy the watching or humiliation. I'm guessing Conrad did this to give Fireworx a child, even if it does seem to annoy him the way he had to put up with Tauros. Oh, and Fuck Tauros. He's an asshole.
