It's so nice to finally be getting back to this. Like usual I'm going to do as good of a job as I can to the point where I can share them and then do a final pass to tidy it up and add the little sparkles and whatnot that tie all of the pages together. That process seems to have worked well in the past.

Thank you! I sometimes do redlines on my own files to remind me to go back, but I find it's nice to forget and then judge what needs to be fixed based on the entire thing in sequence, rather than individual images. Your question makes me think I should do a post just talking about the references I use! I don't use a lot for the figures but I do for specific facial features and other little details. When it comes to lighting I don't always use a super accurate depiction, I kinda use light in a utilitarian way. I will fake it or change it for the sake of the composition, or to light one part of the figure I want to emphasize! I don't really believe too much in rules, though I have done a lot of life drawing and studying anatomy, everything comes down to good visual communication in my opinion! And what you want to communicate most is personal taste :)
