Also she's super-strong, so why does she need to work out with such small dumbbells? In her normal person form of Trisha I suppose it might be of benefit to her, but I have literally never seen her not being Phenomenal Lass with the blue hair and all-white eyes. She's supposed to be like Shazam with a magic word but I don't think she ever changes back.
