So... the way I have Mixtape's device (tentatively) figured out in my mind, it's like this: He can record other people's powers using special equipment (that we haven't seen), store them in the device that looks like a stereo, and create mixtapes that he can play on his player (the device he wears on his chest). He can rewind and fast-forward to different powers, but he can play only one at a time.
