How to get your reward
If you log into Patreon, you should see a little word-balloon icon when you sign in to Patreon.
- On a desktop computer, it should appear along the top (as shown above)
- If you, too, are a Patreon creator, you'll see it in your dashboard along the left-hand corner of your screen
- On the Patreon app, you'll see the word-balloon icon along the bottom of your screen
It should indicate you have a new message! That message will contain all of your Dropbox links for this month. If you enabled e-mail notifications from Patreon, you will receive an e-mail as well! I strongly recommend this!
“Hey! I didn't get a message!”
That happens sometimes — especially if your card was declined or if a payment hasn't gone through yet. If that happens to you, simply update your card info, complete the payment and get in touch with me. I'll happily send you the links at that time!
Firefox users
There is a known issue that prevents the links from showing up for folks who use the Firefox browser. Until Patreon solves that problem, you will need to use another browser to view the links.

2021-03-04 16:47:48 +0000 UTCditto - patreon has never gotten back to me about my numerous requests for info on what's needed to be done in order to start getting emails from creators again... lesson learned, don't change ISPs because patreon can't handle a change of email address.... NOT the creators' fault, but I'm sure they get tired of hearing about it.
