2021-03-12 20:38:23 +0000 UTCYes! I have no idea where the idea came from, but I was sketching a scene between Giggler and Wingman, and the idea of her squirting popped up. The confetti idea hit me out of nowhere. It's literally the only reason Cap and Wingman have that conversation in the bar (https://evil-inc.com/comic/villains-who-obsessively-leave-clues/). The story needed the two of them to be talking in a bar, but I hadn't decided *what* they'd be discussing. It was the perfect opportunity to set up a fun EiAD!
