NSFW Commission — Arabella and the minotaur
Added 2021-03-23 19:00:03 +0000 UTCAs you can probably tell, I've missed drawing our favorite monster hunter, Arabella Harker. I added the narration boxes because (a) I've been having fun with those lately and (b) I wanted to make sure I communicated Arabella's consent in the scene. I wanted to include a word balloon for the minotaur — to help convey sentience — but every time I tried, he ended up sounding like Freakazoid's nemesis, Longhorn.

Unlike Animaniacs, Freakazoid really didn't resonate with me. However I do remember watching the Toby Danger short wishing they spun it off into its own show. [https://youtu.be/il2HpBeHa30] Fortunately, The Venture Bros eventually came along to fill that gap.
