As mentioned by the scholar dude, he is a Unique, as all normal actual Healing magic can do, is what the body can do, but at an accelerated and more perfect rate. Our boi's ability is closer to BIOMANCY, that is the ability to 100% manipulate anything organic, so essentially "flesh magic" in a sense, hence why he can destroy shit, because if he can 100% manipulate anything organic, he can also make it self-destruct etc.
