I'm not that well versed in TVXQ but SM is known for their vocals so basically every SM group have top tier vocalists of their respective generations. I've seen people say that OT5 TVXQ was like SHINee before SHINee, and that OT5 SHINee resembles them the most from the somewhat younger groups (they're now both seasoned lol but TVXQ are their seniors). Max Changmin is very close friends with Minho. I also do like his solo work, particularly songs like Devil, Maniac and Fever. Rising Sun reminds me of some old Japanese songs by the way I could see it be an OST to some action anime or J-Movie of sorts (if it was in Japanese), and that older style of choreography is also interesting to see. You should also check out Super Junior (debuted two years later than TVXQ) and f(x) (debuted in 2009 and was like SHINee's sister group) from older SM groups if you haven't yet

2024-07-19 16:19:55 +0000 UTCGlad you found a real live version of Rising Sun,cause basically all Rising Sun performances in Korean were lip-sync except two performances and this is one of them,but they didn't perform full version in both performances,you can watch the performances the did in Japan if you want to watch them perform full version of it. Jaejoong's leg was injury back then,if I remember correctly,he never dance in any Rising Sun comeback stages.
