In MAMA2024 the ending show is by the one who got daesung award ( I believe it's Seventeen) First they tell G-Dragon to end the show but he refused since he doesn't want to steal the spotlight from his juniors.

Hello. I'm Korean and I'm a subscriber who enjoys watching your videos. (Sorry for my poor English TT) I've read the comments here, and I wish you guys would watch this video. ( https://youtu.be/9EEp1q_iMYc?si=BWagE6xHbEWTjqdX ) The 'Burning Sun' case, in which Seungri was the main one, was arguably the most serious case of sexual crimes ever committed in South Korea. I would appreciate it if you could watch it when you have time. I want you to know exactly what kind of crime the artist you're reacting to has committed. Thank you!

to be fair... regarding the braided hair issue. this was during the era of kpop when the term cultural appropriation is almost non-existent in that side of the entertainment world. after around 2018 was CA only heavily discussed and many new kpop stans are woke. so i hope people will forgive the lack of education of kpop artists during that time. even now, majority of kpop is still in the dark or do not fully comprehend the seriousness of CA. i just hope kpop fans would nicely educate the artists, cancel culture is inefficient. AND, i believe taeyang and rest of bigbang are now aware coz they do not do that anymore. since g-dragon is also well-read about global social issues.

did you know that BBC docu was debunked already? its editing and research integrity were refuted by some authorities,

NayZee

People think he is this and that because he was put on the first page or thumbnail of the case by the media because he was a member of BIGBANG a famous group. Eventhough it was not related at all they put his face on the front so it became kind of seungri case instead of burning sun case

BBC 🤣🤣 and the women he dragged away was his friend and I don’t know about you but I have friends who are playful like that and ri is famous for being playful and an outgoing person

I mean in regard to Seungri. We're sure a lot of people have opposing views on it and, since it's a criminal case, I'm sure it can be very hard to know the full truth. But from what we have learned, it seems like what he did wasn't okay at all. However, of course, everyone is entitled to their opinion on the matter. I don't think we'll be mentioning it much in the future unless it's super relevant, and we are really passionate about both BIGBANG and TREASURE.

Totally get your point regarding discrimination they have traditionally received and lost opportunities. But people also got to be careful with being so America-centric, its understandable since America is the most influential country but I still wish to make this point. Sadly so many people around the world are receiving/and have received horrible treatment because of their culture, race and religion and following the "cultural appropriation" philosophy regarding this topic if applied outside of a none US centric worldview will just result in nobody anywhere being able to adopt or feature cultural practices from others. If its done to genuinely demean anyone else that's totally different and obviously not okay at all.

What...? I've seen all the coverage program and korea news article about this, as a person works in the broadcasting and advertising industry. First of all, Seungri was actually featured on the BBC. In the video, he dragged a woman away from a drinking party. But This video is just one piece of evidence, there are so many facts that have been proven by the judiciary and witnesses. messenger conversations and CCTV that have already been released through the police and news have revealed that he brokered prostitution at his home. Jung Joon-young and Choi Jong-hoon actually committed sexual assault, and Seungri encouraged and used their crimes to create connections with political and business figures. Do you really believe in Seungri? It has already been confirmed that the messenger group chat that Goo Hara saw also has Seungri. The group chat was full of hidden film and abusive language against women. What do you think of all this evidence and facts? I can't help if you believe in and like him, but I still want to tell you the truth. Because this is a big social crime involving the powerful! +) The victims did not directly mention the names of the perpetrators, including Seungri. This is because the victims were afraid of being attacked by them. It is not about relationships or privacy, just a crime. Also, unfortunately, sentences for sex crimes are very light in Korea. However, the fact that he was sentenced to prison means that his crimes are very serious. As a fan of Big Bang, I was also very angry and sad about this fact...

the criminal defenders in the comments are kinda insane…. plz don’t entertain them…the hair thing I get what you mean just explaining where it comes from …; black people losing job opportunities or treated different when most of these hair styles are traditional or protective for coily hair (this is of course more prominent outside of africa which is why some people care and some don’t) +another reason it’s hated is some people see it as cosplay or mockery (ur most likely to see black hair styles when doing hip hop but not for smth cutesy etc)

seungri is so annoying to look at

nobody

It made me realize people just believe whatever they see on the internet. After what happened with ri I never believed any scandal from any other idol I was just like let them explain or a prove that they really did something instead of going that idol is this and that and I became like that because of what happened with ri when all of the people jumped into conclusions without hearing him at all and because of that I don’t want what he went through no one else has to go through with it 😭

YG LoVe

Yesss that comment made my chest tightens and after that I couldn’t enjoy the video at all

YG LoVe

Did you watch Burning Sun: How a lie was born????? The victim or prostitue didn’t even say his name there was no mentioning of ri by the victims or prostitute but the media dragged his name because he was a member of BIGBANG

YG LoVe

Hi just wanted to say before saying seungri deserved being cancelled did you watch or research anything about him or just read the comments and believed them?? In future if you guys react to BIGBANG please if you don’t have anything nice to say about ri then don’t say anything about him at all PLEASEEE. I really love watching your reaction and after that comment I couldn’t enjoy it at all that for the first time I couldn’t finish your BIGBANG reaction. I really enjoy watching your BIGBANG and TREASURE reaction so please I hope you don’t say anything about ri in the future at all because I don’t want to stop watching you guys

YG LoVe

Yeah, Seungri is a criminal, a sex offender who was forced to lead prostitution. Everyone should watch the bbc Burning Sun video. He sat on the sidelines of secretly drugging women in his club and actively used the situation in his business. Some of the women involved in the case committed suicide. Rather, he received a very low sentence for his collusion with the police. All of these messages, victim testimony, and CCTV were also found as evidence. The police deleted the messages from the evidence, but the reporter who covered the story released the evidence. What is interesting is that the police immediately changed their words, saying they found the evidence.

krystal27

You should actually read about Seungri's case and how he got witch hunted before you say that you agree with what happend to him..
