Odin didn't die in the beginning btw, he was just entering the odin-sleep, which is pretty much him recharging his odin powers. He's still aware of what's happening around him, as well as the whole universe apparently. So don't worry they weren't shrugging off Odin dying in like 10 seconds lmao. Also that's Ultron, not Vision. If you remember in Age of Ultron, Ultron was trying to make himself a body with the mind stone AKA Vision. In the main timeline he never got to use the body, it became Vision instead. So in this timeline I guess no one was able to stop him and he got his OP body as well as a bunch of the infinity stones since we saw them on his chest.
