They performed Saruru during the live broadcast too so they had no way to edit it out until after the show. As per Jihoon, when he started the song, the music stopped but he continued on. The other members' in ears stopped working for a second too and you'll see most of them removed their in-ears in the beginning. Some of them laughed it off and just sang as normal.
