It's going to be 9 episodes but appqrently the director said in an interview shortly after the debut that thanks to rhe success of just the first 3 episodes it's basically guaranteed they will make more seasons and probably cover other parts of the league lore because there are so many interesting characters and countries in this world that they could make so many different seasons showing completely different parts that are just as good as this one
