The reason Katori squad is the only squad that's suffered damage so far is because they were subjected to Chika's lead bullet surprise, and that loss of an arm allowed Kakizaki squad to land some minor damage through flanks against Katori's squad. Also I'm going to mention it again, but the intro has a minor change where it swapped the neighbors who were invading, with the squad captains they'll be facing in the future (some new faces among them).
