No pain no gain

One thing that comes with gaining so much weight in such a short time is the pain that comes with it. I've started to notice different pains caused from getting fatter. I know for sure that I have gained weight when I wake up in the middle of the night with back pain. This is because by my belly is getting bigger which causes my skin to become tighter and pull on my spine. The pain goes away when my skin stretches to accommodate the new growth.

There is also a pain that happens when the fat forms in between my skin and muscles. Before getting fat, my skin was firmly connected to my muscles by some sort of membrane. As fat fills underneath the skin, and over the muscles, it rips that membrane away and causes a pain that I can feel moving up over my ribs and back the more weight I gain. Soon, the fat will completely move all the way up my ribs and connect with my moobs, totally separating my skin from the muscles underneath.

The creases on my back are starting to form, and I'm noticing some pain as the creases become more permanent.

My ankles are also starting to strain when I take every step. I can really feel the extra weight. When I bend over to touch my toes, it's harder to stand back up straight again. When I bend my knees, it feels like I'm holding weights and doing squats.

I accidentally took a weird step and almost messed my hip up because of the added weight. It was like there load of energy waiting to be released and I couldn't contain the power. It almost overtook me and injured my hip. I have to be more careful how I walk around now.
