I needed to take some more time to let my body rest. it was getting harder and harder to eat. I feel much better now. I dropped back down to 239-240 just because my body loses weight so fast. I was able to eat a lot these past couple days. I decided to try on my compression shirt, and I'm feeling pretty chunky still.
I've been doing a lot of physical activity also the past week just because of life stuff. Its good because it feels like I get a good work out just doing simple stuff now that I'm heavier. My feet were starting to get sore a lot every day, and I've been walking more, so my feet are adjusting to the weight.
