Just a video showing me cook and how much I have to eat to keep gaining weight. I had half a ribeye and some salmon in my freezer. I usually just eat one of those salmons for dinner, except one of them was cut too small.
I'm realizing now my pants are inside out and I have more black stuff oh my back than usual. That is from my office chair lol.
Started the week at 171 pounds and woke up today around 174 pounds, so I know it's working.
