dude l.l Bean makes like these water repellent shirts where you could put it right underneath the faucet and it won't penetrate the shirt So why don't you just make pans like that and then you could have long johns like that and if you have your dick between the pants and the long johns it will roll right out the bottom without making anything wet 🤷♂️
