Important Patreon Update *Please Read*

Next month I'll be starting Law School and at the end of this month, I am moving. It's a very turbulent time right now with lots of stressors in my personal life. Coupled with everything going on politically from threats to Democracy, civil rights being taken away, climate change, etc. It's all just starting to get to me and I've become absolutely burnt out.

I want to be clear, I will not be stopping my patreon or quitting art. However, I will be modifying things to accommodate both my mental health and prioritize being a law student. 

First, the Supporter Plus tier will be put on pause. I immensely appreciate the support over these months at this higher tier. It really does mean a lot that someone would pay consistently at that level like that to see my art. Unfortunately, guaranteeing a drawing on something I cannot pick would be untenable in these coming months. 

Second, I have never promised that I would produce X amount of art per month, but I do aim to get around 3-4 drawings per month. This will also likely be unrealistic in Law School. Or rather, I could do it but that means I am neglecting my responsibilities a student unless I'm a secret law savant and it all comes naturally to me. Instead I now the basic tier will have its price reduced and I will only promise 1 drawing per month, anything else is gravy. I understand that is disappointing to here but this is the best compromise position I can take. I love drawing and I love drawing fat men. It's a good source of comfort and therapy, so I won't stop any time soon but I do have to realistic about the time I can put into this hobby. 

These changes will take effect starting in August. 

It's not all bad though. I have routinely gotten asks about whether I am open for commissions, but my patreon schedule made them impossible. Reducing my patreon workload, I believe I will be able to start to take commissions at my leisure. But in general I am just kind of happy to be free to use my spare time to work on other projects too. Projects that are free from whether or not I think my patrons will like it and what not. Also, I have been slowly but surely working on a  gainer fiction that I'll be excited to have more time to work on. 

Again I want to thank everyone for this year of support for my patreon. Things won't be ending but it will be transitioning into a new phase and I understand people will choose what course of action is best for them from here on out.
