I would really appreciate some thoughts on an issue I'm having with this one. The question: "Is Bubba drawn too fat here?"

I know that's borderline blasphemous for me to say, but part of me wonders if his sizing and angle just makes him so fat to a point where the appeal is gone? As you may have noticed with time I have incorporated more ridiculous sizes/proportions into my art where many years ago most of the fat would be concentrated in the belly/chest, but my style has evolved a bit past that and I like that! But I do wonder for this particular drawing would Bubba being less blob-like look better? Does his current shape turn you on?

The context for this piece is that Bubba and his partner are attending an award banquet where Bubba is being honored for his College Football success, however he gets stopped at the door because he's unrecognizable because he has gotten too fat.
