2022-11-20 03:37:26 +0000 UTCSomething is wrong with "Data/Scripts.rvdata2". That file is causing it to throw an error about 'Graphics/Pictures/splash screen' not being found. Keeping the original version of that file instead of the one from the translation stops the issue from happening.
