Looking for feedback

I’ve had a few members leave my Patreon recently & I review the exit survey’s from many members each month, and I notice a lot of people saying they “didn’t receive the content they expected” and I wanted to ask those of you still around if you feel similarly and what I can do differently? aside from This 4th video for july (which I said I would still send to anyone who didn’t re-up for august), I am confused about how I’m not giving the content people are pledged for?😅 I’m truly confused an unsure because those reviews were almost entirely for the $10 tier which is the 4 monthly videos, which I have provided. Is it the lack of 3DIO because it’s packed away for my move? I’m just really trying to help understand! :) I want to do better if I can!

only thing I would really say is that your patreon videos seem a little rushed I just noticed they have been getting shorter in time recently some only being 11 min long. but I totally disagree about the talking about yourself I love it I could listen to you talk about random shit all day lol

2021-08-06 05:02:47 +0000 UTCI agree that the Patreon videos feel more generalised now but it'd disagree with the complaint about you talking about your life. I care about you as a person. And when you cancel a pledge on patreon you get a list of options to check from, I forget how it's laid out but is "didn't receive the content you expected" the first option? Maybe it's biased and people just click the first option because it's there, not realising there's a skip survey option at the bottom?
