I couldn’t help but think while watching this that spoons are basically just miniature shovels for feeding us. And forks are miniature rakes for stabbing our food with. That’s wild. 😅 Great video though, Lauren! I think a “Shoveling away negative energy” vid with that mini shovel would make for a great trigger though in the future! 😁 Also, balance is good and mental health is always top priority. Take your time and don’t ever force anything or feel rushed to put out content. We understand and just want you at your best. ☺️
