Created more idle animations for a female character

Rest area added to the Park-slums level
Slum houses, some of the greenhouse territory — ready
Dialogues and missions:
Factions introduction mission — 35% done

Keep working on NPC Schedule system and PC + Webcam quest for the v0.4.
