Reinstalling your OS, changing OS login, or cleaner software that deletes local data files can cause the saves to not be accessible. You can get replacement saves from Discord in the #general-faq section

You have a chest key that you haven’t collected, if the broken keys have all been consumed. Use the guide in the post and go through each location, or message me on the discord for support.

I have looked there and it says you need to find the broken keys for the page which I have done and the broken keys are not there anymore because I have taken them. does this mean that I have to start from the beginning and work my way down all the pages and how to unlock them until I find the right one?

I have no problem finding the chests containing the KS pages. They're everywhere, reminding me that there's something I've missed. The problem is finding all the chest keys ;) I've been over the guide several times and visited every location, but somehow I'm still short on keys!

Her pages are: Lighthouse basement, under Sofia's Mansion, Estero Park Temple, Sofia's Mansion (third floor), Green Page craft.

It is the chest that decides. You must have used one of the keys for her chests to open someone else's. You will have to go back and check all the other key locations to find the one you missed.

Still looking for the elusive 4th KS page for Madalyn, so I have a question: since any chest key kan open any chest, is it the key or the chest that decides what KS page you will get? I have found all the "Madalyn keys" in the key guide, but i'm still coming up short with regard to her KS pages.

I agree. It seems like all we are missing in the game now is three more threesomes (or six solo pages) and three main scenes (116-118). Let's hope for a big finish!

If it's not the key from interacting with the jaguar a second time (and lighting 15 torches), then it's probably one you missed that was hard to see. Like the one in the diving area. Both green pages are in the mansion, so you shouldn't need the key (unless you didn't craft bedroom key).

I didn't have the blank issue, but that scene was shorter than the other threesomes. There was two slides with Claire, but then focused on Diane with her finish only. At least with the other threesome, both finished.

YES, thats the word. Lazy. Like the other guy said, i get there is another project that is priority, but holy moly. The Clare/Diana only gets two images and then goes dark. The concept of the game is cool, but execution once it finished is another story.

I figured out most of my earlier questions. the problem now is I can't get the 2nd green page because I don't have sofias 4th page which I can't get because it's in the chest at the church which is the key that I'm missing. im screwed without this key.

Screen goes blank after the 2nd image for the Clare/Diane time. The other threesome had promise, but was too short. It seems like these last couple of scenes are under performing. Plus, the lack of guidance in game can get a little old.

Thanks, got that but now only one KS page in the new area? Also I began this update on 95% but after I'd saved when I'd entered the new area I found I'd gone back to 94%?

Go to the dock and grab the key essense and use your recipe chest to lookup how to make a bedroom key.

The update files have to be applied to the previous full game. You can download the 'full game' to make sure you get all the files. For the updater, try making sure you don't have security software that is blocking the launcher from having internet access.
