You have to find the 3rd method of death. You get one hair for each death

if you take the long way to the casula temple there is an open area that usually populates 5 or 6 idols usually of high value. go in and out of the area selling your idols every dozen or so to keep track of your money. it is a grind but this area has the most in a small area.

If you've changed windows username, OS, or ran a cleaner software that deletes local data files, these can delete save files. Check out the #general-faq channel on Discord for info on save files. If you've lost or corrupted your saves, there are save files there that you can download.

You only need 2. Combine them with 2 Talismans of the Gods at the shrine and you'll get the pages.
